Since the first trials were undertaken by LINK in the mid-1990s, data management and statistics have been developed as in-house processes quality assured using state-of-the-art SOPs and routines.

LINK provides a team of individuals whose in-depth experience covers all the biometrical aspects of the project. They range from data managers and statisticians to medical writers, and include persons trained in coding medical terms. The in-house electronic systems, VieDoc and SAS, are internationally used for clinical trials, supporting market authorisation applications in both the USA and Europe. LINK has solid experience in the use of these systems.
The Biometrics Department covers projects in phases I-IV, medical device projects as well as health economics projects.
